Restaurant Psaropoula
Restaurant Psaropoula operates in the port of Hydra since 1911. Since the summer of 2013, you will find it open in a new space on a new floor which offers a view of the whole harbour and the island. Continuing with respect to the tradition and philosophy of its founder, Ilias Tiliakos, it still serves fresh fish and the exquisite stews of Mrs. Toula, who together with her son George Mavrommatis is at the helm of the kitchen.
