Psaropoula Restaurant
Psaropoula Restaurant has been operating in the port of Hydra since 1911. Since the summer of 2013, you will find it open in a new space on the top floor which offers a view of the entire port and the island. Continuing with respect the tradition and philosophy of its founder, Elias Tiliakou, it continues to serve fresh fish and the delicious dishes of Mrs. Toula, who together with her son Georgios Mavrommatis is at the helm of the kitchen.
